Isaiah 7 :
14. "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign:
Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son,
and shall call His name Immanuel.

A virgin birth been unheard of before or since this miraculous arrival of the Lord Jesus Christ on the earth.
At the time that Adam and Eve chose to disobeyed God, this is what the Lord said His response would be to their action:
15 From now on you and the woman will be enemies, as will your offspring and hers. You will strike his heel, but he will crush your head.
It was the first woman, Eve, who had led the way into sin and away from God. Therefore it was right that the offspring of another woman, Mary, should be the One who would bring us back to the Lord.

This lets us know for sure that Jesus Christ, "the offspring of the woman", had no human father. It was in this special way that God completely restored the honour of women.
Also, through His miraculous entry into the world, the Lord Jesus identified with us humans in our birth, in our human life and experience, in temptation and in our death.
He did this so that when we rest our faith in Him alone, we can identify with Him in our salvation, in eternal life, in our coming resurrection, ascension and in our final victory over Satan, who is God's enemy and ours!
Prayer:
Father, thank You that You have done so many miracles just to bring us back into fellowship with Yourself.
Today, I bow before Your majesty and worship You with great thankfulness,
in Jesus' wonderful name,
